Re: Max safe boost?
According to my mate, the ex-military turbo-tech, the optimum turbo boost is 8-9 PSI. The faster it spins after that, the less air is collected. Might be true, but you still get a way better performance (Delica is pulling harder) with a boost over 10psi. I wouldn't go too often over 15psi, unless y...

Re: Windshield Repair
I have this kit always with me on longer road trips. Works great for smaller chips and prevents the crack to spread out, but is not as invisible and strong as the professional glass shop can make it.

Re: Parked Beside me. Southpoint Mall Surrey
Sweet, Has anyone though about making a logo card (one we could download and print) That introduces the forum and has a spot to say hello. We could carry them around and put a hello under the wiper blades just for situations like this. Just a thought! http://www.delica.ca/forum/delica-ca-business-c...

Re: L300 rear bench seat and rear bumper for sale
Selling my L300 rear bench seat to make room for more storage. It is from an Exceed van and is dark grey in colour with no snags, tears, holes, etc. Awesome condition and will of course include the headrests. $125 takes it. http://www.delica.ca/forum/rear-bench-seat-10507.html You are not alone :)

You can get everything at http://www.new-line.com or http://www.fairviewfittings.com in Burnaby (or some other locations)
The barb fittings I used are stainless steel. The aluminum bungs for the filler is a cut-off camlock the smaller bungs are regular from the store.

Is it a very good deal? Had the oil changed at different local garages and don't recall paying more than $80 (unless you go to Mr. Lube and such)

Re: My all-in-one rack idea
JapanDelica, I haven't proceeded this idea, but there are a few people with similar bumpers on this forum by now. We use the rear door a lot which makes a this type of bumper not very practical anymore. In the end we use a roof rack and a additional fuel tank to do the same.

5spd l300 transmission info
Some interesting information about the KM145-B manual 5-speed in the l300 In the german-speaking Delica forum there IS a history of gearbox breakdowns on the V5M21/KM145-B manual 5-speed. That is (they say) because it is originally a 4-speed-box where a fifth gear was added later. So 4th gear is dir...
