Turbulence! Need to lessen the rough ride.

OKAY! Short and sweet! Been a long time posting. In this time much has happened with my deli, but more has to happen soon. This weekend was wash board intensive. The short wheel base makes for uneasy touring over long distances of logging road. The rear shocks are (shamefully) the original. Does any...

Re: Completely Rhino Guarded L300?!

I can only imagine that it is mine Tip to tale from the second year I owned it. Matte black and bullet proof. Scrapes the bark off trees. Pretty sure its the only one of its kind.

Lost my license in my deli. However it was not my delis fault and happened many years ago. I blame the car I had before.

Re: The Elite.

I have a gasser! Have had for close to three years now. Glen at CCautos told me that his other mechanic said. And I quote, "Its like driving a sports car compared to the diesels!". And after driving both I have to agree. But for those that don't believe me, I'll gladly have a stop sign con...

Re: A long time in the makeing!

They are Hella's. Bought straight from Lordco. They weren't overly hard to install. They come with bolts and locking washers as well as nuts. I stripped down the fog lamps so that only the flat plate with the pins on either side was all that was left. I had the bumper covers off during this time aft...

Re: A long time in the makeing!

Hey fexlboi! Yeah, my Deli came with the center mounted license plate bracket. Its very beefy!. But the license plate mounting holes and the ones for the bracket didn't line up so i had to drill out my plate to make it fit. I also like where it is but had envy seeing others fitted off tho the side. ...

Re: Anyone found an Insert for DIN2?

Its really easy to see and use. Screen is big and bright even in the sun!. And the glance down to check location or see what cross streets are coming up is great. I thought it would be a hassle where it is but the only thing that continues to be is leaning forward to fuddle with it ( never while dri...

Re: Dealer Identification

Go to Glen. . 10k - 12k later there I was with him anyways. Wish I would have gone there first. Missed some decent waves on the coast.

Quoting his exact words. " You pay now or you pay later". and later is always more expensive.

He leaves you with peace of mind.

Re: 4G64 gas powered Delica

I hate to say it but I too have a gas powered Delica. Thinking about changing my user name to black sheep. I have been driving it since last August and in that time I have checked part numbers and had them cross referenced with the guys at Lordco. They seem confident that all pieces need can be foun...
