This morning on Hwy 99 - heading north and taking the Westminster Hwy exit. White Super Exceed. Followed you down Westminster Hwy until you turned onto Garden City. I was driving my 2006 Civic 2 door as Brett takes our van to work every day - otherwise I would have waved!

Heads Up. This A.M I fired up our Deli - below freezing in Van. last few days- applied brake pressure to shift into reverse and heard a snap from the brake pedal area. The shifter release button would not push in. Upon further inspection I found the release cable barrel end had come out of the plast...

I agree with you Pinkfingers. We bought a van that was great except for one (significant ) flaw. All we wanted was for the problem to be rectified, and we were strung along for almost a month by this dealer. We finally got results when we threatened them. We picked up our repaired Super Exceed yesterday, after a very prolonged and frustrating fight with our dealer. After many promises of trades, being passed along from salesman to salesman (3 to be exact), and a sale of a promised trade for our original van (right in front of us!), they finally agree...

Well, it looks like we may be making some progress with our little problem. We may be getting a trade for another vehicle as they have offered to look at that option. We will keep everyone posted - maybe resolved by tomorrow?
