Re: Cab Heater Fan Intermittently working.

Hey thanks for the input guys. Cregan, did u drop out the fan to find all the little sacrificial carcasses? I'm considering doing that just to see if it is full of possible other restricting "bodies". The filter screen is a great Idea...making one right now out of a HVAC floor register fil...

Re: Cab Heater Fan Intermittently working.

Update... So I pulled out the glove box, located the ticking, dying fan sound, gave the bottom of the fan motor a whack with a screwdriver and.... WHOOSH.... Hot air in the face! IMG_2641.JPG Now will it last is the question...what caused it in the first place? Probably gonna need to replace the fan...

Ive had my '95 L400 Exceed II for about a year now also a L300 for 4 years before that, and one thing Ive always counted on is the blasting heaters my Vans have had....especially after surfing! Re: Introducing The Wave Wagon...

MitSurfbishi- Sweet looking ride. Just wondering if I can ask you a question. Why only front mud flaps? Is there a special reason that you heat shaped them? I recently purchased a set of 4 mud flaps from crappy tire (which will have to wait until spring now as it is getting pretty cold here) and ju...

Re: Introducing The Wave Wagon...

Nice Wheels! I have the exact same wheels on my L300 (16") In fact, you are driving the L400 version of my L300 Was your silver surfer the same one I looked at? It was stored in a yard out on E Kent - had mags, flares, spoiler. I'm just curious - I really liked that van but had a lot of troubl...

Introducing The Wave Wagon...

Well here she is The Wave Wagon!! She's a 95 L400 Crystal Lite with 146k. Re: Headlight switch no mo worky!

Thanx for the tips and the pm sasquatch-hunter. I was on my way back from Hawaii during your mini meet or I would've been there. I'm gonna try then to track down a used stalk from maybe CC Autos cuz I would like it to remain as original as possible. Failing that, I suppose I'll be forced to jerry ri...

Headlight switch no mo worky!

So I fire up my rig at night and spin on the headlight switch at the end of the turn signal stalk ....... NOTHING happens. Shit! So I keep spinning it back and forth, slow, fast, nothing still. Check the fuse(no burnt ones). Recently I have had to fiddle with the switch a bit to find the "happy...

Re: Rear speaker and EZ cup holder mods.

How do the front alpine 4" speakers sound ? I have fount these in the states for $50 and i was thinking of putting them in as well. If you are gonna take the time to swap out the front speakers, I suggest spending the dough on very good 4 inchers(that passenger side speaker really is a challen...

I'll trade you a pop out for a slider, if you are still looking. I want a slider opposite the side door.
