There are less cars being sold, not "for less" therefore less at auction.

Re: Best route to Couer d'Alene in March
With a Delica you are crazy not to take the Crowsnest Highway to Creston then straight south from Creston, Bonners Ferry, Sandpoint then Couer d'Alene. If you were in a Lexus 430 then the Interstates for sure. The Creston border is not 24 hours but 1/2 hour East of that is Eastport, Idaho and it is ...

Re: Trip from Burnaby to Nelson
I am up in Kimberley (East Kootenays) and temps can get cold here even into March. I have cold started my l300 a couple of times (-15ish) and even though it takes a bit it always starts.....so I wouldn't worry about the cold. West Kootenays will tend to be a bit warmer than the East Kootenays. Vanco...

Re: Trip from Burnaby to Nelson
Roads should be fine, especially for a Delica. The Kootenays are pretty rural, lots of off-roading possiblities. You will enjoy the drive and really enjoy Nelson. Come over to the East Kootenays if you have a chance as well. Take the car ferry from Nelson to the other side of Kootenay Lake. Creston,...

Re: Block Heater - Glow Plugs
Block Heater has been a Godsend for me, we have had a cold winter and with the block heater plugged in she fires up right away and very easily. I have been caught a couple times without it plugged in and though she starts up, it is always an ordeal. Hopefully the winter is coming to an end but if yo...

Re: Delica Pics from Japan and China
I've often heard "they don't salt the roads in Japan." It looks like they do to me! chris I have been to the Toyama area of Japan (near Nagano) they didn't use salt on the roads but they had a sprinkler system set up in the middle of the road.... so when it snowed they would melt it off w...

Any interesting nuggets found in your Delica
This post has probably been done before.....but what are some of the interesting items that have shown up during some intensive (or not intensive) interior detailing. Personally I was quite disappointed when I found nothing exciting at all. my kid went right after the mints (Mintia) until I informed...

Re: Car Wash and your van......
Unfortunately agitation is needed for a good clean but take your own brush to the car wash, never have seen a good one at the car wash.
