Re: lap belt seatbelt replacement

I have contacted a couple people, waiting to hear back. I've also received a message from a local Deli dealer. 150 dollars each. I guess you can't put a price on safety.

Re: L400 Firesale - LOTS OF CHEAP PARTS

I am wondering if you have the 7 seat option. If so I am looking for two middle seat lap belts. The ratcheting style for my car seats. Thanks

lap belt seatbelt replacement

Hello. As others have experienced, my lap belt is no longer disengaging on one of my middle passenger seats. Its racheted all the way in and wont release. It appears that the small plastic enclosed ratcheting piece has broken. It also appears that the seat belt mechanism is held on by one bolt. Has ...

Re: need a new audio system

Well my new Deli is in performance car in North Van. I was reading this thread and saw Falcos recommendation to use them. I drove down from Squamish, walked in had great service and information about the different units. Went with the fancy double din unit. Last time i bought a car stereo was 1994. ...

Mardy You Rock

After three long months Mardy delivered my deli to me today. Although everything was not ready to go because of some scheduling difficulties that were not Mardys fault, he really stepped up for me. I live in squamish and Mardy worked his butt off to get me out the door at the end of the day with my ...

Re: Insurance Blues

Much like cell phone companies, insurance companies all have good and bad points. In my opinion the problem with ICBC is that it is very much like a kangaroo court. ICBC is the Lawyer, Judge, Jury and Executioner. Doesn't seem right to me for that reason. They do what they want. It is in their best ...

Re: CVI

I am in Squamish, but would like to plug it in at the ski hill (usually Whistler). I agree, they start, but they do warm faster coming off the block heater. I am also in Squamish and have to tell you that the block heater is great. It is definitely cold enough here to warrant one. Even when it's no...

Great article. This really puts the argument in line. Such a joke. What is the latest on this issue?

Re: CVI

I have had the same experience. Got the deli tune and major decrease in smoke on start up. Had Butch install a block heater for me yesterday. Plugged it in last night and man what a difference that makes!!!!!!!!! Just do it.

Re: Excessive Engine vibrations

I am going to up my idle as per Falco's suggestion. I also had my injectors done and my glowplugs and neither seemed to help the situation. I am wondering if the engine/tranny mounts are the problem. If so I am thinking thats out of my league to fix. I will have a look and let you know.

Re: Excessive Engine vibrations

I tried playing with the idle speed to fix the vibration but it did not work for me. I would increase the idle but when you put it in gear, drive or reverse, the idle drops and the vibrating begins. So one would think just up the idle right? Well, when I found the point that there was no vibration m...

Re: Excessive Engine vibrations

Hi nxski, I have the same thing happening with my deli. Shakes when in drive and really gets going in reverse. However, in neutral or park there is no shaking. I had some work done down at CVI in richmond ( best place for service IMHO ) they mentioned that my shaking was because the timing was off. ...
