Well I might have screwed up in the past. I took the fuse out and wired it directly on an emergency road repair and forgot to replace it. It is showing the same symptoms so it could have blown further up the chain from the fusible link. Any ideas where it ties into?. A switch maybe.Battery and alt a...

I started it by jumping the starter, so power is not getting to starter. ECU then?I had this problem before and the a wire coming off the + terminal of the battery was corroded, but it looks good now.

Won't Start
I drove my Deli To the Grocer, and on the way there, there was a lot of clicking behind the seat from the relays(?)any way now it will not start. Turn the key and a click but it wont turn over. Any ideas.

It's the bolt that holds the tensioning screw. It goes from that little piece on the tensioning screw to the alternator. The piece of bolt is still in the alternator.

Help,altenator bolt sheared off
I am in Penticton for the week, and the bolt holding the the altenator at the top has sheared, therefore no belt tension. Does anybody know a mechanic that can handle this in penticton. I am afraid the little bit that the tension screw goes through, is lost. the location of this problem really pisse...

Glow plugs only come on if engine is warm
Like it says. When i try to start in the morning, no clicks. After I get it running and drive a while and turn the engine off. Start the car again after a while( up to three hours later) and two clicks , just like it should. Could it be the temp sensor? I recently replaced the ecu,and it worked fine...

Thanks to a Call to Glen at CCAutos , My deli is all good again. turns out one of the connectors coming off of the + terminal was corroded.

OK, jumped the starter and it works, put a test light to the small wire on selonoid with key in cranking position, no joy. so power is not getting to the starter. Batteries have 13v.Grounds seem solid. Starter relay? where is it? Any other suggestions. Oh ya got the ecm foe125$ at CCauto in parksvil...

thanks. anyway to check if the solenoid is bad or good? also i recently changedthe glow plug ecu, could this possible be the culprit?

I turned on the ignition(with out starting) no clicks, turned it of half way and back again. this time got a whole bunch of clicks real fast on and off. I tried to repeat it and got a strange buzzing sound coming from the 'puter. Computer must be dead.... right?
