Can't recomend a brand, But Plus 1 for GPS plug in camera.
My friend bought one for about $20. Plugs right in and automatically turns on when you put it in reverse.

Cheapest way would be to use a few self-tapping screws to through the bracket behind the trim to hold it firmly in place. there are Tons of mounting brackets of many different styles to secure an IPad from around $20+ online. Anybody know what this is?? I found it under the the Front passenger seat tucked under the carpet. For what it's worth, my van was briefly used as a bush ambulance.
