New IP Seal New Glow Plugs, Now How to Fine Tune Timing

After a marathon of working on the van I managed to get it running. Yahoo!

Now must adjust Idle as it is too low. I must have changed the setting inadvertently.

Does anyone know which Cable to adjust? There are two on top of the Injection Pump: drivers side or passenger side?

Or could it be the set screw below?

Also is there a way to fine tune the timing without sliding the IP out?
