They are available, but it would help to put a general location on your information so we can advise you where in the search function to look.
Those two items are kinda at both ends of the spectrum, but not too difficult to find.

I am in Vancouver. My van is with CVI right now. Butch said I should look for both parts as it might be cheaper in the long run and easier to look for the Long Block Assembly.
I am also, sadly thinking of just selling my van for parts. ;-(
