Why did your van have to be towed twice ?

What do the hubs have to do with it ?

Superwinch discontinued them.

Looks like you're in the same boat as everyone else looking for them. Have to search online until you find a retailer that still stocks them.

OR you could phone around to some of the parts suppliers. I am thinking CC autos etc. and get you self some flanges to permanently lock the hubs. Which would allow you to use your four wheel drive for the winter time. I am also thinking there might be some users which might part with theirs after they replaced them with manuals.

Good luck

Andy

I've got a set of auto hubs I removed when I put in the Superwinch manual hubs. Nothing mechanically wrong with the auto hubs. I'm in Calgary, AB. Will send PM too.

Hi Jmac4U, I recommend you accept offer from Erebus in Calgary. He treats his Deli nicely (we know as he has visited us a couple times and gone off-roading with the group), and if he says his auto hubs are in good condition then they will be so.

Make sure when you work on them that the little circular spring clip does not get bent or lost...very gently pry it out, it sits inside to press against the outer edge of the hub cover, is a very thin circular clip about 3 inches across, and is hard to see... as they are very hard to get replacements. I recall someone posted a how-to-hubs on this site.

If you need anything else sourced here and sent to you, just ask me, am happy to check with the local delica shops for you. If you come to Vancouver, you are welcome to stay at our house in Burnaby.

Sorry you're having such a tough time, wish you were closer so we could have a delica meet for you with everyone helping you. Keep in touch, and ask questions, PM me if you need me to ask around for answers.

Regards, Christine.

Not really.

They were retailing between 110 and 165.

Now that they are discontinued, people are willing to pay a bit more to get a good product.

John,

When you are installing them, follow the instructions Jesse posted in the thread http://www.delica.ca/forum/superwinch-m ... -4437.html Granted, those are how to remove stock auto, put in manual hubs, but should give you enough info.
