Wiper blades that fit these arms?

Mitsubishi Delica L400 production commenced in 1994 -- After much anticipation, the L400 arrived on Canadian Soil in 2009!

Wiper blades that fit these arms?

Post by Drumster »

I'm having a heck of a time finding some wiper blades that'll snap right on to my L400's wiper arms. So far I've tried two types and they just won't go. The stock wiper assmby mounts with two tiny screws and so far, those arms have been a bit too wide to slip into the assemblies I've tried.
I may have to file down the width of the stock "bayonette mount" arm in hopes that some standard N.A. blade assemblies will then accommodate but I thought I'd check with you guys in case there's a brand which will fit without my having to alter anything.
Cheers! :-D

EasyWash car wash on Main Street in North Van by the 2nd Narrows Bridge has a small supply in their office that look the same as the flat originals and work extremely well. (I think they were Rain-X.) I replaced front and back with equal length ones (or very close in length). They were reasonably inexpensive, less than $30 for the 3 of them if I recall. They fit without modification.

Hmmm, that's odd. I tried the Michelin wipers from Costco & they wouldn't fit. Maybe I need a second look.

Cool except for the fact they SCREW in. And $11.99 for a 26 inch wiper??? Seems cheap.
