This is what ive gleaned so far on reindexing my front torsion bars on my L300 as passenger side is adjusted to the max and I need a bit more for my 2" lift...
Jack the Deli up and put on Axel stands
Remove the nuts on the tbar adjustment threads completely.
Make a tipex mark on the Tbar rubber and matching ones either side on the metal.
Pull the rubber cover back.
Loosen the tbar out of the spline socket and twist it 1 or 2 splines Clockwise on the passenger side and Counter clockwise on the drivers side as you are looking at the front of the deli from the Tbar adjusters.
Pull rubber back over.
Put nuts back on the tbar adjustment threads and re-adjust as normal tbar adjustment.
Quick question though...
When im jacking it up, am I right on jacking and supporting on the axel?? theres no other place I need to have it supported?? i.e. I dont want to loosen the Tbar adjustment screws right off and find out I cant get the screws back on as the bar moves as its under load somewhere I should have supported it???

Just did mine 2 weeks ago. Stands on the axel is what you want, and chocks behind the back tires don't hurt either. It was a lot easier than I thought, and made a huge difference in the overall appearance. No more 70's jacked up back end look!
