Stiffy
Anyone know anything about a stiff shifter in an auto?

I know mine is not floppy. What do you mean by "stiff shifter"? Do you mean physically moving the shifter? Are you referring to when the transmission actually shifts gears? More info, please.

any specific gears worse than others...There is a linkage that may need to get lubed....

Sorry, ya more info would be nice. Usually when it is cold but not always it just seems to be stiff moveing, physically, from park to drive or reverse. It has never done it before. I thought maybe a lube issue
