Does Anyone Know This Additive Guy?

So I was heading east on Gorge Road in Victoria the other day, following a Deli that was almost the twin of mine. At a stop light the driver got out, ran back to me and handed me his card, said he had a fuel additive that got him an extra 100k to every tank in his van. I thanked him, went home, and promptly lost his card... my question is: hey Additive-Guy, are you on this forum anywheres? Or if not, does anyone know who this guy is? Thanks.

Look at the numbers. At 400 km per tank that's a 25% decrease in fuel consumption. Which strains credibility: these are already efficient engines, and there isn't much room for improvement.
