I hope Adam (Adrock) doesn't mind me putting this here, but I thought it would be a good idea to get a list of who is definitely coming & what they are bringing so he can organise things like booking the campsite etc....more easily?

I have to think about this one, food and beer for sure. Climbing gear. Anyone else climb? It would be nice to play with some top ropes and maybe get a few new people climbing if anyone else has a harness i have a rope and slings i'll bring.

Bruce, all I have is my backpacking 2 man tent, but you are welcome to use it to sleep in. I've got my sleeping pad and everything and since I will most likely be sleeping in the van I won't be needing those things. But if anyone else has something Bruce could actually stand up in that would probably be better. I just don't have a bigger tent.

will try to line up a tow rope, shovel, jumper cable/ power box, regular party supplies. have a couple nice 2 way radios.. someone could borrow one if they need to..

we still gotta decide on a meeting place.. either start from the south (harrison end) or meet in pemby (north end)

I work in construction safety and will be bringing my 1st aid gear just in case. I was thinking to put a sign on my rig for first aid for whomever might need help or supplies.

I would love to attend, but I really need to know how much beer to bring to butter up Bruce and Glen up for there sharing all there Delica' expertise. Being an inaugural meet there's no way to tell if it's going take a couple of cases or all the flats my Deli' can hold. Plus my own Tequila.

We will have been back from Thailand only one week and nobody around my house wants to go around with a bunch of Delica's geeks - out of the mouth of my teenagers (I know where your coming from Andy, my wife has had to pick up my 16 year old up from school half a block away - since she refuses to let us drive into the school :) )

I will sleep in what ever Delica I bring, and if anything is needed let me know - chain saw, tarps, tents, 2 way radios etc; we camp lots and have most of the supplies. Otherwise I'll just bring a warm sleeping bag, beer and maybe enough food that can hastily be thrown into my van.

Most importantly, Mark I have a nice white Delica sitting in my yard that is available for you to buy - CHEAP!. We brought it in for a neighbor and didn't know her husband didn't know about till last week. The die hard Chev guy just shot it down, it's this one http://www.globalcar.com/showroom/gordonlee/165927.htm . It's been inspected and that's as far as it's gone so far, when I'm a bit more mobile I'll take some pictures and post it with more info.

Look forward to seeing you at the meet and poking around your WVO system.. I've been working hard on my girlfriend to give up a weekend of shopping for hand bags and shoes to hang out with delica geeks as well.

As for your extra Delica.. let me know if it is still available as I have a friend looking.

Oh teenagers. I can safely say that it is 100% just because you (their parents) own the vehicle. I have met very few people that don't fall in love with my ride right away, and any skepticism is quickly shattered by a ride around the block in it. I'll be honest I get checked out a lot more by guys than girls, but I have yet to meet anyone who refuses to ride in it. My 16 year old cousins have been begging me to drive them everywhere while I have been staying at their house. They will come around. If you really want them to come, and think it will help, there will be a couple 20 year old delica nerds there, and mentally we're more like 15. So bring everyone.

I always like showing off the WVO system, seems every second time out shopping myself I have to 'pop the seat' to show some one. It's pretty dirty though, I have been using it for awhile.

Yep, the van's available, I was just hoping Mark would have a Delica for the meet. The white van would have been completely ready roll, shined and buffed with all the exposed wiring add on's hidden, etc, if they hadn't called me to fix my neck. For that reason I won't even be bring a bike. It got really good rubber, but there 215/15!!, way to small for my taste. I'm hoping by that weekend I'll have done a small lift like you did on my work van.
