I got mine (genuine Mitsu green top..) from Rocky Mountain Imports. They're not a cheap item but it's important to use only Genuine Mitsu plugs. I've had the experience of using cheaper alternatives and came VERY close to having one break off in the block. Not worth it in my opinion to try and shave a few bucks off the cost of glow plugs. They're too important.
Cheers.

Check out the FAQ for part numbers and where to buy parts: http://www.delica.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=17210
My favourite is Amayama.com.
Regarding glow plugs, the ECU won't work with some aftermarket ones. Safest to buy genuine Mitsubishi.

Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.
