Espar heater

So after owning my 94 L400 lwb (PF8W) I decided it was time for the first major modification. I installed a espar heater
Since we install these at work all the time I was able to get one for a decent price ($700, I know it's still a lot but I live in Manitoba). After lying under my van for a long time I finally settled for a spot. I build a bracket for the heater .
Once the bracket was installed I mounted the heater. For the fuel supply is simply installed a tee into the supply line to the filter, right in front of the fuel tank. For the fuel pump I drilled a hole into the tank mount ( not the tank[emoji6] . Next I figured out where to tee into the coolant system. I used this fancy check valve and teed it into the supply to the front heater core I pinched off the hose so hardly any coolant was lost. Now I had to run the coolant lines.
After that I hooked up all the electrical and mounted the timer To my surprise it started at first try. It's not cold out yet so I don't know how fast it will heat up. I also want to run the cab fan at the same time. To be able to do that I have to configure the controller with the espar service tool. I try to get a hold of that next week and update this post.
Sorry for the cappy pics.
