More turbo woes...
ok... so my turbo is at it again.. 12psi.. 11.. 10..9..8... I'm now at 3psi and my vans a slug and really pi55ing me off... I am pretty sure it is the waste gate that has failed. There are no exhausts or intake leaks. So after spending 700 bucks getting this turbo rebuilt I don;t want to waste money on another inefficient TD04-9B. Does anybody have experience with the TD04-15T or billet upgrade compressor wheel? If I have to waste money on yet another turbo its gonna be bigger and better...

Re: More turbo woes...
I just fitted a new TD04 (stock Delica TD04 49177-01510) with a 13G compressor wheel fitted. It's lovely. 10psi available from 1400 rpm, rising to 15psi from 1800. I looked at the 15G wheel, but it wasn't a great match for the way I use the engine.

I'm using Autospeed's manual boost controller (http://www.autospeed.com/cms/article.html?&A=111350).

Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.
