Hopeful Delica Owner

Hello,

I have wanted a delica for over 5 years now but have never been in the right situation for one until now. My old '93 Nissan Altima has finally bit the dust and its replacement time. :) I always wanted an L300 for the looks but have decided an L400 just makes more sense for me. (I live in Port McNeill and do a lot of highway driving). Are there any active members from Port McNeill on here? Wondering what it was like getting work done, we have a progresive diesel shop in town...

I'm about a month away from actually calling someone but i've already figured out what im looking for.

Not really sure about the 1st gen/2nd gen differences or if it matters much


Im thinking I will just get in touch with a dealer in a month, Coombs Country Autos is on the island and seems to have a very good reputation. Or maybe Mardy at Amazing Auto, that 12,000km/1 year warranty sounds very reassuring. Already thinking of camping setups, so many great places up here!
