There's a Mitsu Jeep somewhere in North Van., had a nice chat with the fellow a couple of years ago. Not sure if he's selling it or if it has documents of use in the movies?

Lol! Awesome. I'd forgotten the Raymond Burr was in that Godzilla. Burr was born in New Westminster for those local to the area. :-)

One thing I absolutely love about the old movies and radio shows is the sound effects. In "War Of The Worlds" the opening of the spaceship's hatch is the sound of a guy opening a mason jar in a toilet bowl.

Godzilla, however, Godzilla is brilliant! Guy takes a double bass, loosens off the strings; wears a leather glove covered in bow resin and drags it down the strings; slows down the replay and drenches it with plenty of wet reverberation. You can hear it in the first sample of this group of clips:

Is that not the sound that could cause one to soil their knickers?
