Need gas filler rubber tube

Post by Mazdax605 »

Hey guys,

I know this should be posted in the Vanwagon section, but I know it won't get any attention there, and I feel the part isn't any different on this van than it would be on the RHD diesel vans. After all my van is indeed an L300. What I need is a molded rubber hose that attaches the fuel tank to the filler neck as mine has a split in it,and leaks when fueling up or when on a slope toward the front of the van. I will work on getting a picture of it tomorrow, but for now do you guys know of a place where I may source this part?

If I was needing a piece for that application here in Saskatoon I would go to a rubber place
like Goodall Rubber or such. Just need to know what the inner diameter is and the outer.
Best is to take the old one off and go get a piece to match.

It's simple fuel hose.
