I'm going through my list of things to do on my van, so I started doing research and building a fluids list for the L300. Does this look about right? And how often should all these be changed/flushed?
L300 - 4D56 Engine
-------------------
Oil = 15W40 (~6.2 liter)
Does the filter need to be changed every time?
Auto Trans = Dextron III (~3.5 L) (Should I go Synthetic?)
Diffs = F 1.1 litres - R 1.8 litres - (Redline 75w90 GL5 synthetic)
Transfer cases = updated... Manual Transmission Oil 2.2 L
Brake Fluid = Dot 4
Also, has anyone swapped out all the rubber brake lines on their delica? Eventually I'm going to go over the whole system and replace all the old rubber. Any suggestions?
Great forums by the way. I'd be lost without them. Cheers,

Re: Replacing fluids... Brake Suggestions etc..
I do the oil on my L300 every 4-5,000km with filter every other change.
Brake fluid - Visual check - if it's getting dark change it. otherwise around every 2 years.
As for the tranny & dif fluids - Can't hurt to do them and then you know they are good for a while.

The capacities you have listed for front and rear transfer cases are actually for the front and rear diffs (1.1 and 1.8 litres respectively)
The capacity of the transfer case (there's only one, in the middle) is 2.2 litres.
I don't know about the Redline GL5, but make sure it's designed to be used in a manual transmission- the transfer case needs manual transmission oil. Some GL5 oils are formulated exclusively for use in hypoid differentials, and will corrode the bronze bushes in your transfer case chain. Then again, some GL5 oils are fine for use in both manual transmissions, transfer cases, and hypoid differentials- hopefully Redline is one of those.

Nothing says "poor workmanship" more than wrinkles in the duct tape.
