Fuses are ok.

Check the mess of wiring above your batteries, there is a fusible link in there too.

When my fusible link went in the battery compartment, it wasn't just the clock that went, it was the cluster lamps, the stereo, I think it was the running lights, too. I wonder how different the wiring on the Euro Delicas is from the JDMs?

Stereo and lights r ok. As well headlights and starting lamps on dashboard.
Ilumination dashboard lights, lighter and clock r death.

Thats it , I replaced mine with a piece of 12guage wire.

I also suspect the fusible link. There are FOUR wires in it, and yes that is it in the photo. each wire protects a different quarter of the van. Look and see if any of the 4 wires is burnt, or the plastic connector box is cracked or burnt. replace with exactly the same wire size guage wire as you took out. Jay has fixed several delicas with these dying of old age. cheers, christine.
