Gives an idea to the process of making a light but very strong winch/tube bumper.
It weighs in at 75lbs total or 155lbs with an 8274 with synthetic winch rope.
You can adapt the winch cradle to anything, even a low mount point that extends out like the front of the L300's.
It was my first attempt at bending a long tube with 4 point odd angle bends. I ended up just eyeballing it and it turned out really well. Looks like I used a measuring tool.

Total cost was $150 for the materials, $60 for sandblasting, $50 for the POR-15 Chassis Coat black paint and $20 for misc grinding discs/welding gear.
$280 all together per bumper.
