Is Japanoid Still in Business?

I just went to their web site and it came up as no longer available. I need to order a new seat, as it seems that when my head snapped back when I got rear ended in the summer I managed to bend the headrest back.

Their server is just down.
Also try some other places like Amazing Auto Imports or CCAuto for used parts. They might be cheaper than Japanoid.

I have to say that I have been quite disappointed in my post-purchase support from Japanoid. I've contacted them repeatedly about different problems I've had with my van (most recently the daytime running lights). For the premium they charge when you buy a van from them, I would expect much more from them, and was in fact 'sold' on that when I met with them before purchasing our van. While I have liked my Delica, I wouldn't recommend Japanoid for anyone not living in the Lower Mainland, as I believe that the only way to get them to help you is to show up in person.

Sorry you're having problems. If you need help troubleshooting lights, Jay of TardisDeli has helped heaps of Deli-owners figure out exactly what the problem is, and how you can fix it (whether its the bulbs needing a new extra ground wire; or relays installed to take the load of the combo lights wiper switch; or worst case having to replace said lights wiper combo). Yes, they have a solid business.
They have 8 JDM vehicles locked at WWL port as we have 7 vehicles unreleased.

As far as I know, Japanoid has serviced their vehicles ( all kind of JDM , too many to list ) better than any other dealers in Canada. I admire their effort to stock all kinds of parts because it needs lots of investment as slow return/low profit.
Kevin is a new part manager, taking over his job from Dean a while ago.
