Hi from the Uk and Bulgaria

Post by gareth. pawan »

Just joined this forum and wanted to say hello. I have two delica's - a 1994 Black and Grey Spacegear based in the UK and a 1995 blue Exceed which I drove down to Bulgaria from the UK, (a journey of about 2000 miles). I left it there as it proved itself to be a really superb vehicle and use it when I go paragliding in the Balkans. These vehicles are truly amazing!
One of the reasons I joined the Canadian forum is I'm looking for LHD headlamps for the delica in Bulgaria- the 1995 L400 model. I can get RHD versions in the UK, no problem but in eastern europe, they insist you change the headlamps for LHD ones. New RHD headlamps sell for about 50 dollars a pair from Milner Off Road in England. However, the LHD one's seem as rare as hen's teeth! Anyone know if they are available in Canada and if so, any contact details and other information would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,
gareth, UK

Welcome to Delica Canada, Gareth :M

There are resources here, to be sure. I would recommend posting this topic in "L400 Technical" as I think you will get a better response. Also try the search engine, the Google is the better of the two. Might suggest Delica Trader for some of the commercial options, might be useful. There are some knowledgeable member's in Delica Canada and there are armchair mechanics, whom also know a thing or two ~ Make yourself at home... smiles.
