I realize that installing a new tail light bulb for my L300 is kind of a no-brainer and can likely done at any auto shop, but I'm wondering - if it turns out to be an electrical issue, should I get the van to one of the local experts (eg Butch, or up island?), or is there a shop that you know of in Victoria that is now competent enough to address that?
Or this question could read, 'where in Victoria do you take your deli for minor work, like burnt out lights, oil changes etc.?
Thanks!
:)

Time permitted I would just learn to do the minor stuff yourself. It really isn't that hard.
For something like a bulb replacement or and oil change I would say any competent and open minded mechanic would do the work. For more serious stuff CVI and coombes country auto are the way to go.
Hope this helps.
