Compatible rims?
Does anyone know what is a compatible rim that will work on a 92 l300. I think someone told me older Toyota rims are the same bolt pattern and wheel spacing but i can't quite remember. I want to get some used rims for winter tires but don't want to shell out big $$ for new rims. Thanks for any info

Re: Compatible rims?
I would suggest going to a scrap yard or Crappy Tire and just picking up a set of steel rims. I know they're a common size but can't for the life of me remember the exact dimensions at this time.

Re: Compatible rims?
I'll have an extra set of stock L300 rims available end of next week also stock L400 rims
I'm in Victoria
I'm getting new rims for my L400 next week and I'm going to put my old l300 tires on em.
I used the tires for 2 winters - 30x9.5 goodrich all terrainsKO snow tires
If I can get $700 for the tires with rims then I'll get new ones for myself
If not then I'll use the tires and sell the rims cheap
The tires are in great shape
I will also have 4 geolanders (mardy specials) for sale next week only 5 months old, don't know if they are snow rated or not.
PM me if you are interested and I'll take some pictures in the morning

Re: Compatible rims?
Not sure offhand, It's the upgraded mags the pathfinder had in the 90's.
Chillcoot model I think.. although they were common as dirt at the time.
The 'snowflake' pattern.
Live and learn :)
We got snow. Lots of it :)

Re: Compatible rims?
see if the offset is stamped somewhere on the rim. it would be nice to know for others doing the swap not to make the same mistake. i am looking for a set of 16 inch rims and would have probably made the same mistake unless i read this thread.
Cheers,
Reza

Re: Compatible rims?
Forerunner rims will fit: I have some with my winter tires mounted. However you will need to buy lug nuts specific to the Foreunner rim style.
