K&N E-2877 air filter.
has anyone put one in there L400, if so...how is it?

Installed this one 1000kms ago. Very throaty sound. http://www.knfilters.com/universal/apollo.htm - Best price was Mopac in Langley even beat out Lordco employee discount
Also installed a Provent 200 catch can. - bought locally at B&D Diesel in Abbotsford
It freed up some space to eventually fit a Amsoil dual by-pass filtration system.
Profister, was kind enough to supply pics and instructions to help me out.

Can I ask do you have access to the Foam unifilter for the petrol and diesel as we have found after quite a few years of L400s that the K&N is noisy and not as gooder performer to the Unifilter.

I just contacted the sales department. Tel. 604.853.6096.
When I initially asked for the Provent, they did not know it. The sales person took me to the back store room to show me the catch can that they supply, and behold it was the Provent 200. They sell a kit for Ford/Chevy etc includes hoses etc. I just bought the can which came with the filter.
