tune up

I am in the process of bringin in a 1995 L400 SUper Exceed with Crystal Lite roof.
Can someone please advise what items I should address and/or what typical problems are?
Any suggestions are greatly apprecaited.
I live in Winnipeg, so cold starts will be important.

I see you haven't got any replies to this post yet. I'm wondering the same thing, so instead of starting a new thread, I'll just bump this one.

I don't have a van yet, and I don't know much about them, but I found the following list of tune-up items in an add on the Delica Trader posted by Mardy at Amazing Auto Imports. From what I've read, he's the best dealer around. This list was for an L300 that he has for sale. I'm planning on getting an L300 some time and will likely be doing some/all of these things once I get mine.

"LED day time running light , so no more of having problem with the headlight switch. more reliable.
Full Tune up
New Timing belt
Belts
Water pump
New thermosthat
New tires
New engine seals, Crankshaft, camsahft, oil pump & balance shaft seal all new
Delica tune
Check brake replace if 50% remaining
Front hubs repacked
All fluids have been changed
New Fuel filter
New valve cover gasket
Rear end new gear oil
Change All front stabilizer bushing
Adjust intake & exhaust valve
Depo LHD headlights with E-Code on it"

Anyone have any advice/input/additions to this list?

L400 have a timing chain no timing belt (few chain issues if you search nothing major)

Rust under the sub frames can be an issue.

Typical 15 year old 4x4 issues... seals, brakes, fluids, bearings, u-joints, shocks, etc...
