Jensen, I could see you getting on with this project...
I wish, I'm still waiting on a driveshaft, just got my front bumper back from the shot peening guy and I've got to do some cutting and welding before I powder coat it (adding a winch, well a mount for a winch anyway...) Need to design and build the rear bumper and hitch. Also I want to install the dual battery sometime soon (defiantly before I add a winch) I'd love to try to do the SFA but I drive the van every day and I can't take it off the road long enough to do that.

Also David, I haven't forgotten about your welding. Work's just been crazy since I got back from vacation and I want to tie your stuff in with my bumper. I'll get back to you in the next week or so.

A ramp under the front drivers side wheel and another under the back passenger side.
I don't know if anyone has tried to open the rear hatch while the vehicle is flexing but it won't align properly. Falco informed me that this is because of the monocoque chassis. :? In any event, I'll try to post some more when it's brighter out, and possibly when my lift has been installed.

* The eagle eyed viewer might notice that this photo has been cropped from one that was posted on the Delica meet thread. If the picture of me standing on the roof basket turned out I would be very interested to see it... 8-)

This Pic last summer is not exactly a "Flex Pic" , but the Van was at one hell of an angle!!
Actually the pic does not do it justice at the extreme angle this was.
Cheers!

I know it's not a Delica even though there is one at 0:20, but check out this flex.
By the way, what kind of Pajero's are these in this video? Are they modified with that soft top or are they a later model that we just don't have available to us yet?

The paj had good flex in rear because of the disconnected shock. Can't drive like that though.

The paj's are a mix of bob'bed shorty's and a few J-tops (real shorty soft top Pajero's).

I love the J-top's. 20" rims, rear air locker and limited production run (qualifies for vintage plates) all from the factory !

Funny how he's got nice muds and a little grease and it won't budge (open rear diff).

Also check out the zero flex on the front. :-D

I noticed that, I beleive that's why he had to do it in reverse :-D Due to a lot of severe angles off-roading today and the lack of a spotter, I can attest to the fact that reversing is sometimes easier than going forwards.
