I think the cold weather and ice did not so good things to my Deli. I parked her at a park&ride near Langford this morning at 530AM. I got picked up and drove to Comox to work and i get a phone call. "Chris, the cops just called and they say your alarm is going off in your van" . (I don't have an alarm)
The tow truck came (Eagle Eye Towing (Dave) <Super nice guy ) He unplugged a pile of fuses one by one until he found the horn.. The horn noise stopped after gawd knows how long.. //Sorry to the people living in the vicinity.
Anyway... Now I am stuck. I need to find a decent auto electric place to take her to.
Any ideas???

sounds like the relay stuck in the cold or the steering wheel is so cold it is pushing it on.
Should be an easy fix.

You need the coffee stir stick fix on your horn (look for previous posts on how to fix online). Basically, the thin form padding under your steering wheel leatherette covering has disintegrated with age, or cold weather, and allowed the horn to contact the part you normally squish to get your horn to honk.
Its interesting to drive without the horn, one drives more defensively rather than offensively.

I second that christine, I havent fixed my horn yet. I came home to a screwdriver wedged under my horn one day after a few days of it honking when i would go over a bump.

...And yet again, you guys saved my skin. I was thinking there was something serious wrong with the electrical. The coffee stir stick fix? Who would've thought..
Another thing that happens when the horn fuse is pulled: I got home and turned off the ignition, and the motor wouldn't stop..
Ok, I pull the battery terminal, fixed. Nope, it still kept running 
I phoned up Dave the towing guy to see if he might know. He phoned his buddy the mechanic and then phoned me back. Put the horn fuse back in. I did that, and it honked and the engine stopped. We both started laughing. A funny end to a long day.
