I use Primmum insurance here in Alberta. My coverage is for private use but there was no issues. I cannot say whether they will cover for commercial but it would be worth while for your client to call them.

I insured mine with Dyck Insurance here in Edmonton. There was no problem with private but you would need to call about commercial.

anymore delica owner live in edmonton who know any insurance to insured delica for commercail vehicle insurance.
the first one that drod mention only insured private not commercial will try to call felix advise & call them Monday.
