break problem

Ey, I'm monkeycats from the Netherlands, I drive a 1995 turbo diesel 4wd mitsubishi l300 campervan.
Putted a more classic front on, kept the new headlights, did alot of fixing.
Now I've a mysterious problem with my rightrearbreak, hope someone has a suggestion what I can do or has an idea what the problem is.

rearrightbreak, breakes 50% less compared to the rearleftbreak:
I
-sprayed the tubes with air.
-putted a new breakcylinder in.
-switched the break drum with the one on the left.
-switched the disc with the one on the left..
-made every part free.
-vented the system after every step/try
-adjusted the handbrake.

and guess what, it made no difference at all,
the local mitsubishi garage had no clue.
nice to be here, thanks great pics!, gonna give the van a makeover after I fixed this problem.

Check for kinks in the steel brake line running from the tee on the axle to the caliper. If there is a kink or partial blockage inside, less fluid will get through.

Check the tee for partial blockage as well.
