Blown Fuse

Post by kpsxtyone »

Hi,

I keep getting a blown fuse but do not know what it is called coz its in Japanese :)

One thing is for sure, it does kill my door locks, interior dome lights, radio and the keyless entry. I replaced them like 3 times and no luck.

Any tips on how to trouble shoot? I have a tester and checked the socked and it is grounded.

Does anyone know where the keyless entry module it? I plan to unplug it. I took out all the bulbs for the dome lights. took out the radio but i dont know where to module is for the keyless.

All i know is process of elimination :)

thanks

Component: Door Lock Control Relay
Location: Behind RH Side Of I/P, Right Of Steering Column

I think it is close to or part of the fuse box.

OK new to the pajero stuff. My previous experience says you are grounded and popping fuzes, with that I have come across many similiar situations with other vehicles. The main culprit is someone has misplaced a peice of change and it has fallen into the cigarette lighter receptacle. Its worth a shot good luck!!!!

Continue to look for a faulty circuit, but make sure you've got the correct size of fuse in the circuit.
