Center Bench Seat

Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

Center Bench Seat

Post by almac »

has anyone mounted their Middle bench seat sideways? :?
im considering moving it sideways along the right side of my bus, facing the sliding door..
just curious if anyone has done this, or even if it would be legal to have passengers sitting that way, with seatbelts, of course...

Had sideways seats in the back of my GM once ...... sucks to be a passenger .... 95% of surging motion in a car is front to back ( I just made that last bit up) but the sideways seats really didn't work. If you are ever on a bus try the sideways seats that will give you a good idea what it's like.

You may try L400 bench seat( it rotates sideway ) into your L300.
I never try it before, just thinking. :-D

Some people don't like sitting facing backwards either. Seating position doesn't bother me one bit. The only passenger seat there will be in our camperized L300 is a sideways bench. Priorities...

i rarely have more than one passenger with me, so having a sideways bench would be no big deal for me.
if i did this mod however, i think i might have to change everything else inside my camper; it isnt a big deal really as i was thinking of changing the sink and cooler designs anyways. ;)
