Brand new Winbo cargo rack with cyclops rear tail light (shown in first picture)
All Aluminum, sturdy and light; size 56"L x 43"W
Does not include crossbars, just rack.
Pictures shown are of the smaller version.
Unfortunately, I have to sell as it does not allow me to park in my underground with it mounted.

Can I attach this to a regular roof rack.

It can be attached with the hardware to round or square bar; if it is to fit the new style of aero bars, it would have to be drill mounted.
