Service record from Canada or service record from Japan ?
Looking at the photos, it has BC plates but doesn't have everything needed for BC OOP compliance/inspection.
I would like to know which inspection facility you had it inspected at.
The way it sits in the pictures, it's illegal to drive. Just a head's up to you (if you didn't know already) and potential buyers.
