fuel pump leak repairs... general tune-up and who can do it?

Hey everyone, i know this has been talked about before, but i just would like to know were that fuel pump is located and how to find out if there is a problem with it, and if so, how to fix it and were to get the parts, please be specific, prices, parts #'s etc.. also, i e-mailed the mechanic in coombs about quotes on timing belts replacement job, alternator re-build, water pump etc.. and never heard back from him... i'm in victoria, and i would like to hear from people that got those kind of things done how much i should expect to pay for such jobs and who is a reliable mechanic to do the job right that has some knowledge of those vans.. anybody with parts numbers for automatic tranny filters and seals for a good servicing job?
victoria automatic transmission told me over the phone that they had a guy come in with a delica a few months ago for a full tranny service and that they had a nightmare trying to find the replacement filters and other parts needed to do the job right, in fact i think that the guy told me that he couldn't find any... any advises on fuel injectors cleaners to use, i just want to do a really good tune up on the van so everything is good to go for awhile and all i have to worry about is the oil and filter change every 5000 k's... thanks folks!
