No where friendly thats for sure. You'll need to venture to NE to Pro Active Automotive 501 29 Street Northeast Calgary, AB T1Y 5W4 - (403) 291-2470. Not cheap. If you've got the time I would suggest you do it yourself.
I live in the NW and have done a tonne of research and nobody will look at Betty. They get scared because it's right hand drive....OOOOO so scary :?

We ended up stopping in Brooks at a quick lube place and they were very helpful.

I currently have mine in at Kirkham Automotive in the southwest - Erebus takes his there too apparently - nice bunch of guys and they have done all sorts of Delica related work - timing belts, pumps, tune-ups, alignments, etc. The only thing they won't tackle is major engine work, like if you blow it up. Could be worth the trip... they are on Horton between Southland and Heritage.

Yup, I go to Kirkham, have for 15 years. As jaggedfish said, they do pretty much everything except they don't have a diesel mechanic, so that's the limit. And if they don't want to do something, they will tell you, rather than messing it up. Horton Road is parallel to McLeod Trail.

Some people have had issues with ProActive, some haven't. They aren't quick, they aren't cheap.
