L400 WVO conversion done...

Post by AndrewH »

Just finished an L400 conversion the other week and thought that you guys might want to take a look.

78L heated tank and most of the other parts that the L300 kits include plus a little exhaust work.

Well done!

I've never seen this kind of filler cap, interesting! Was the filling tube and vent easy to route?

Who's the lucky owner? If she/he's local I'd be happy to give some filtered oil as a welcome!

Cheers,

If you have a mouse wheel and windows, hold CTL while you scroll the wheel.

This will zoom you in our out. Very handy.

I'm starting to plan mine more seriously now and am collecting parts. Where did you get that "GAS" fill door? I would like to do much the same. I'm curious, do these motors need a lift pump?

The "Gas" door is a vented marine tank fill.
