Two wires on the TPS

one reads constant 4.5-5v
one reads between 0.2 - 2v * this is the one to use as a gauge

Right its all good now,I must have misunderstand the instruction, was checking voltage on blue wire with red stripe (blue and red wire) but it was the other one, luckily I am not a bomb tech. But my TPS run out of adjustment space I had to drill new holes for the set screws(mounting screws) in to the plate its mounted on.
Thanks to all of U who kept responding to my crying, now it runs like it should.
Back to the garage time to build a trailer hitch.
Cheers Rudy.
