i thought about setting up a dewatering/filter station on an apartment balcony, but i didn't think the neighbours would like the smell of a deep fryer throughout the week. :? :-D
Heh, I was wondering exactly the same thing... and if I do it, I will hook it up to a timer, so it starts "frying" at less offensive times! :)

you can smell it no matter the temp but the hotter it is the more you smell it. I do it in a the shop at my Dad's Yacht repair company so the smell isn't all the much worse then the others around there :)

Loki, I should be picking up a few cubes today - I will keep you posted. I can store at least 20 cubes at my place before I run out of room!

Let me know via PM when/where I can drop some off! :D
