Hi all I've been a member for over a year now and have been wanting a delica for a long time now....Well as of 1330 Alberta time my van arrived. Of course i took it for a rip 78 kms first run...lol.... and wow am I impressed. It's not my 280 bhp mazda turbo but the thing gets up and goes really well. So I thank all for their expertise and laughs so I am proud to be a true member of this glorious club called Delica. 
as far as a name I've been mulling over two (first name comes from my fathers old 1977 volkswagen westvallia my brother and i called it the "lovin oven" ) (second comes from a friends ford van he called it the mobile motel, I wanted to call my delica the mobil motel 2 ) so hope you all like it all my (plumbing) workmates think I'm nuts for buying it. They don't think a 2.8l turbo diesel is worthy but hey i tell them I can haul just as much stuff and not get wet go the same places and get better mileage....
