spare tire (tyre) removal
does anyone know what procedure is required to lower the spare on the l 400???? please and thanks....

As the general consensus appears to be that I do not know what I'm talking about, and cause more harm than good, I am removing this post so that others are not tricked in to following my ill-advised instructions.

thanks so much, i don't have mine yet ( next week I hope) when will yours be in cow town??? Hopefully that will make 5 in calgary.....,the numbers will be growing, however I haven't seen a single one yet....,oh well i'll be looking at mine soon enough...

Because dirt and water get thrown up there under the body, squirt some penetrating lubricant on the big nut and let it sit for a while before you crank it off.
