To the best of my knowledge, there are none 'in' Canada except for the few that dealers use on their own vehicles.
I bought my two sets back in March and received them a few weeks ago. If that timeline is the norm, then you may have to wait over 1/2 year to get them.
My counterpart in Japan sold me his last set which is on my shorty.
My cost was $2,100 Canadian. Expensive ? Yep. But I needed them to register my spacegear in BC.
If I import another spacegear down the road, then I'll have to start looking again.

Search and you'll find the parts numbers that apparently are useable in Germany.
