The turbo was only working at 10-15%.
Had the turbo rebuilt. (ADP in Port Kells, BC = 'the' professionals who truely rebuild turbo's, not just clean and then replace the seals and call it a rebuild)
Plugged it all back together and cranked her over.
Bad noise.
He pulled the head and this is the result.
Cyl #4 had a ton of rubber debris in it.
The extra 85% forced air from the rebuilt (now properly working) turbo blew the deteriorating rubber from inside the intercooler pipes/oil pipes right through in the chamber.
Customer is lucky. Everything is still good.
