toyota rims specs?

Hi everyone, I tried a 15X8 rim with a 3.75" offset and negative 19mm backspacing while in Oregon on my 30X9.5R15's tires and it pushed the tire too far out, I would have needed to cut and trim the inside of the wheel arches in the front and also fitted fender flares which are impossible to find and very expensive...
A lot of people on this site have recomended the toyota rims which are 15X7 and supposedly fit just right.. I found a set for 150$ but I wonder what the offset is on those rims, I want the wheels to be pushed outwards to give the van a wider footprint but not so much that I don't need to get fender flares or cut and trim too much... Anyone knows how these rims make the tires come out or if at all?
