Hi,
I may take you up on the gaskets and seals. I have a pajero coming in with an appearent oil leak as there is quite a bit of build-up on the subframe. Do you know if the cover gasket is usually the issue on on the 2.8L or do you have any other suggestions of what it might be? Any insight would be appreciated.

First to you Ryu.
As far as common oil leaks on the 2.8 go the the valve cover gasket or rear half moon seal is usually the culprit but with out seeing the vehicle or at least pictures of the leak then it could be from anywhere.When you get your vehicle just look at the rear of the engine on the right side and see if there is any oil on the rear of the cylinder head to confirm.
Now for you Island Pajero.
I am currently in the process of setting up a web site as we have only just recently started up the buisness.I can give you a bit of back ground on myself and the products we sell.
